As the old adage goes, a man who is Boards Of Canada is boards of life. Yet to achieve the fame that would come with 1998’s Music Has A Right To Children, Twoism was self-released by Mark Sandison, Marcus Eoin and then-BOC member Chris Horne three years prior to that LP. Woozy and cerebral, the eight tracks of this debut offering set the tone nicely for Boards Of Canada’s subsequent electronica revolutions.
